Is anyone able to tell me anything about this fella? Any good? Likely to do well in Union?

He's about 6'3 - 6'4 strong runner with the ball and a decent pair of hands , not sure were Irish will play him Wing or Centre ?

Played for Sydney Roosters in the NRL , but was released by them after being arrested for drunken behaviour, assault, resisting arrest ,malicious damage and failure to leave a licensed premises .
