2011-2012 Fantasy Wrestling

Ok guys, this is it.
The new season is upon us and the next instalment commences with Raw on 11th April 2011.

This instalment of Fantasy Wrestling will end at Summerslam. The next one will be the second Raw after Summerslam until the Rumble. The final one will be the second Raw after the Rumble until after Mania next year!

As there will be 3 champions for each period, the tables will be combined after Mania next year to give the overall Fanstasy Wrestling King.

Points Strategy
3pts for a win
1pt for a win via DQ
If your wrestler is in a tag match/handicap etc, the above points system applies even if your partner gets the win.
You get a bonus of 5pts if your wrestler wins a belt. (this does not apply to the current champ retaining)
You lose 3pts if your wrestler loses a belt.
The points apply to PPV's, Raw, Smackdown & Superstars.

Substitutions
You can substitute up to 4 wrestlers on the week directly after a PPV.
The substitutions will become affective on the 2nd Raw directly after that PPV. I will post a reminder as and when substitutions can occur.

For those who havnt sent me their choices, you have until BEFORE Raw starts tomorrow night as the points will commence from then.

If you dont, your points wont start until Raw in one week's time.

Given the circumstances on Edge, and due to the fact that not everyone has picked him, but some have, the Smackdown points will not commence until NEXT week.
This is due to the fact that Smackdown airs tonight and not everyone will be able to change him before the results go up tomorrow.

Everyone who has picked Edge has until 12 noon this Saturday to replace him.

Final reminder guys, you have until 12noon on 16th April to replace Edge otherwise you can not change him until the subs are allowed after the next ppv.

I need to get the tables sorted in the morning, so this is your last chance!

Not a high scoring week as the smackdown points this week were cancelled due to the Edge situation.
The points include Raw & Superstars.
No points for Cena this week as the match with R-Truth was a double DQ, as no one won the match via dq, therefore no 1 point for Cena.

its still early day Ste, dont worry about it. The smackdown thing had a big part in keeping the scores low this week.

Ooh straight to the top! I haven't seen any of the results this week (apart from the Cena r truth double disqualification), but I think my lead may be due to my knowledge of the stats so far this year and a certain someone on superstars

Subs are allowed after the draft James. I delayed the first smackdown points for a week for those to replace Edge.

Dont mean to seem harsh, but a couple of others are in the same position as you and I need to keep the rules consistant.

No worries, but keep a look out for a post coming next weekend with details on subs for the following week

Just to give you all an early heads up on how this will work.
With the draft taking place on Raw, can you please submit your subs to me via pm after the ER PPV. The subs will come into affect from Raw 1 week later.

If you have a wrestler that is drafted from Raw to Smackdown and you want to change him, you must change him with a Smackdown wrestler. And vice versa.

Any queries, give me a shout or post on here.

I will post reminders throughout that week.

YI, with the draft having switched numerous superstars around, do we still have to comply with the 4 & 4 rule, say we have 6 on Raw but 2 on Smackdown, do we have to trade 2 from Raw and replace them with 2 on Smackdown?

Going forward the 4x4 rule is out of the window because of the draft.
But for subs, take Del Rio for example, as he is now on Raw and if you want to sub him, you must change him with a Raw superstar.
