Anatomy of an F1 car - Video

I saw this video, made by Sauber, that shows the workings of an F1 car.

I found it quite interesting and thought I'd share.

The driving position looks pretty uncomfortable. Shame there were no close up shots of the engine and gearbox but obviously they don't want to reveal too much, and actually it was good of them to make something like this for the fans at all.
