If his twitter banter with Flo Rida continues and he gets that Summerslam match, then I can see him increasing in popularity.

WWE are seemingly looking to bring the cruiserweight division back. He could have a token reign.

Zach Ryder effect. Looks like Slater is using social media to get the attention of WWE bigwigs. Look how much they keep going on about "trending" during the shows. Slater could take advantage of this like Ryder did.

I still feel it is more likely that he will be FE'd then winning a singles belt. But in the last 6 months, he has appeared more and more. And even getting leveled by Rida at WrestleMania, is much much more better than not featuring at all.

I did say to UpsideDownFace that I fear Wrestlemania may come a bit too soon for Heath, unless the Flo Rida feud takes off. So I'm attempting to hedge my losses.

I still have absolutely no doubt he'll win a singles title in WWE at some point, and I'm thrilled at the exposure he's getting. He may be jobbing, but they weren't going to give just anyone to Vader. They gave him Slater because he can get some damn good heat.

he could definately get a title reign if a crusierweight division is brought back, how successful the reign would be? well not very imo. Can't see him winning intercontinental or US title any soon, even though they don't seem to mean much. One of them should definately get replaced by a crusierweight belt. Would mean better structure within the WWE.
