Good offer, but I'll reluctantly turn it down - think Cabaye should be used to improve my First XI if sold at all - not for cash.

I've had a think about it, I'll provisionally agree to do Cabaye + £10M = Walcott + Arteta (will confirm when we are allowed to)

You'll be able to get a much better Winger with that money than I will be, and Arteta is a more than good enough CM replacement
