I am prepared to do Mvila + £10m Or Mvila + Barkley + cash for Suarez, but my dilemma is that both deals on my back burners are asking for Barkley, and both depend on each other.

Coloccini + Lucas + £10m = Kaboul + Oxlade-Chamberlain is very fair IMO, and I'd be just as willing to keep Kaboul and Ox than haggle over the money which I think is fair.

Let me know if you change your mind on the deal, but I'm not accepting any less than £10m as I would then be losing out.

Not really. The only one I have an interest in is Suarez and the only reason I have an eye on him is he is the best that I have been offered for MVila and I don't have the space to take 2 players for him (otherwise I would have taken Olly's offer the other day)

I would probably be looking to shift him along for another player if I signed him anyway, and if interest in Mvila rose, I would probably be looking elsewhere for a player I would want to keep

I would say your want and need for Mvila is far higher than my interest in Suarez

I'll never say never but if I was to lose Mata I would want to replace him with quality else where on the pitch. The amount of people that went for him in TP you know he is a very highly rated player.
