CM Punk vs John Cena at Night of Champions

CM Punk attacks Jerry Lawler (Full heel turn?)

Thoughts?

brock "qutting" im not bothered about as he will be back to do a match at wm next year anyway or sooner if they have enough dates left on his millions of dollars billions of dollars zillions of dollars contract.

dolph beating chris i was expecting as soon as aj lee announced the stipulation since chris is going back to touring with fozzy for a while he has done this so many times its expected and not a shock at all when his contract gets "terminated" after 6 months or so of having him back to end the world as we know it.

kane goes mental......playing up the angry big red jobber gimmick

punk vs cena at night of champions expected probably with punk going over to drop it to the rock at rumble so rock and cena can have their once in a lifetime match again except this time for the wwe title.

punk attacking lawler was a good way to get cheap heel heat before his title defense against cena. to be fair i think punk had a point but hey ho.

I must admit I thought the whole Punk/Cena/Lawler segment was class. Cena's promo was very good btw IMO, Punk brings out the best in him

The more they try to turn Punk heel the more people our age (esspically on this fourm) love him. Attacking Lawler who is hated on this fourm

I think Punk would be better as a tweener. A full heel turn won't suit him as the fans like him too much and as a face he would get boring very quickly.

our age and above love punk because he is something completely different and refreshing from the wreslters we have seen in the last few years. attacking lawler like you said will only make him more popular (personally loved it myself as lawler just sounds so disinterested and dull).

i hope they don't turn him or try to into a sneaky heel, like a jbl. the guy still wants to fight and still has the tag of 'best in the world' so they need to as kb said, keep him tweener.

Still dont understand why Jericho went over Ziggler at Summerslam only to lose on RAW. Surely putting him over in a contract vs contract match at SS would have done more for Ziggler in the long run? Im sure Jericho wouldnt have minded, hes always been good when it comes to putting talent over.
