A Job Vacancy

Long time WWE writer Brian Gerwitz has been demoted.
The WWE comes calling and hires YOU as the new Senior Vice President of Creative Writing.
Vince is happy everything is under control until Wrestlemania 29. He doesn't care about your opinion on who should win the Rumble, or who the Rock and Undertaker should face at Wrestlemania. He's got that in the bag. Your mission is to avoid the Summer / Autumn slump in 2013 and help the ratings climb to nearer the level they were in years gone by so that Wrestlemania 30 is the most watched wrestling event in years.
You can promote and demote within the roster, but you can't sign or release anyone; you're just the writer.
What would you come up with?

Wrestlemania 30 - Bearing in mind I'm not allowed to sign anyone would be Ryback v Brock, Rock v Cena in a cage, Punk v Mankind with Austin as referee, Taker v HHH

I'd have Ben Mitchell vs Phil Mitchell in an all out grudge match...
Ben gets released from Jail, Shows up in The Queen Vic in his dancing shoes in tutu offending Phillip's eyes.
An all out brawl ensues as Derek Branning emerges from under his bridge sniggering...
The next week Phil storms around the square challenging Ben to a fight, In a picture frame on a pole match. So it's official Phil vs Ben Wrestlemania 30. Book it!
Sharon can also take on some other piggy looking b!tch in a Hog Pen Match!
Ben gets released from Jail, Shows up in The Queen Vic in his dancing shoes in tutu offending Phillip's eyes.
