Kenneth Cameron * The Ascension *

Looks like Cameron's got himself in trouble again, rumors stating that he's now been released. The guy's shot himself in the foot here, the tag team was interesting and could have capitalized on the hole currently in tag-team wrestling. This team would have easily held the titles multiple times and would have stayed around for a while.

Thomas Latimer, who appears as Kenneth Cameron for WWE's developmental promotion, NXT, was arrested late Thanksgiving Eve in St. Petersburg, Florida, on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication. He was taken into custody to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and released on $5,100 bail, with the battery charge costing $5,000 and the disorderly intoxication charge costing $100. This is not Latimer's first run-in with the law. He was arrested on January 29, 2011 in Hillsbourgh, Florida, on charges of driving under the influence.

It would appear that WWE cut ties with Latimer following his arrest. His profile has been removed from the roster page of the developmental promotion's official website, fcwwrestling.info.

Latimer, who is 26-years-old and hails from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, England, joined WWE two years ago. He has been tag teaming with Conor O'Brian as of late, with the duo known as The Ascension.

Shame, this team had potential, not the worst gimmick I've ever seen and a pretty theatrical entrance, i like the way the incorporated a number of tag team moves into their move set. disappointing for his tag partner who will probably struggle to get any momentum back now.

Well that's a bugger. I really rated The Ascension, thought they might be the next big thing to break out of developmental.

Still, it appears times have changed. One of the history buffs can correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember Davey Boy smacking a copper years back. Never seemed to do him any harm.

No damage done, he didn't overly impress me, just get someone else in to play the role, didn't do Demolition any harm
