NH V SH = Tours! ! !

I noticed yesterday when England beat the All Blacks, they also won the Hilary Shield.

As it always been like this? When ever the NH play SH on tours, their is always a Cup, Trophy at the end of the game?

And does this only happen with regards to the Autumn internationals?

Or is it the same on the summer tours as well.
