Stade beat Grenoble 21-6 at the weekend to take them to 2nd spot in the T14, Steyn played 10.

I don't think Stade have been that high in the T14 for about 5 years have they?

Must be hard to settle straight into France though with the language barriers, especially as the guy who is meant to make all the calls and key decisions - was v good for SA.

You can't just walk straight into a side and expect to be in synch with everyone.

It seems a typical French way of doing things at the minute. Buy loads of talent and expect them to perform, even when they pick a different side every week.

Poor Sexton has looked lost, he has a different 9 and 12 every week. He's played more games in the T14 this season than he has in the Rabo for something like 2 or 3 years.

Don't watch as much top 14 as I used to but have heard sexton has struggled. It's very attritional over there so would assume steyn will fit well
