Jericho Gone From DWTS.....

Chris Jericho was eliminated from DWTS last night.

What do you think this will mean in terms of his return to the WWE? Could he perhaps join Smackdown as the top heel, setting up feuds with Orton and Christian?

Think that's the most likely scenario now KB, he's obviously got a ready made feud with Orton and there's history with Christian - if they choose to use it, which they probably won't.

I prefer Jericho as a face but with Randy and Christian the main babyfaces he'll likely return as a heel.Anyone know when hes likely to return?

There is a massive void on Smackdown for a top heel with a big arrow above it saying 'Chris Jericho Goes Here'.

Jericho v Christian
Jericho v Orton
Jericho v Bryan

I think they should turn Orton heel again, then have a face Jericho return for his revenge on him!

Jericho return as a heel would be perfect.

Have him come back feud with Orton, then keep him heel & we have a potential year of great feuds.

yeah have Orton turn heel once he win the WHC and then return Y2J as a face after being punted by Orton and say he wants revenge and throw Christain in the Mix to as a face

Agree with Gaffer, the last catchphrase void heel persona had run its course so if he was to return as a heel I'd go with someone who thinks he's bigger than wwe as shown by his appearance on dwts. A Hollywood Jericho so to speak.

It'd be hard to avoid it, I'd prefer him v Christian or to help get Daniel Bryan over though.

He'll probably come back and help put over Orton as the major face of Smackdown.

Hollywood Jericho would be epic, he'd need to get himself a palm pilot though; KA-KOW!

Randy Orton is the obvious choice for Jericho to go after, there's a ready made feud there and it looks like Christian (the other option) is going to be tied up with the World's Sweatiest Man Mark Henry after Extreme Rules.

If he's available, I'd have Jericho run in at the end of the Last Man Standing match this Sunday and cost Orton the victory. It doesn't matter if he disappears for a few weeks/months after that (to get into ring shape) they could do some vignettes where Jericho's swanning off around Hollywood but telling Orton that he'll see him soon. In the meantime Randy can go around doing run-ins on everybody until he gets what he wants i.e. a match with Chris Jericho. They could even try holding it off until Summerslam to make it into a bigger deal.

I've no real interest in wrestling but this story has been tweeted a lot recently by Jericho's big mate and one of my favourite musicians, Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater Drummer)

I had to look up what he was tweeting about when I saw it!

Well Jericho himself said that as soon as he was out of DWTS he was returning to WWE but you'd think he'd take a few weeks at least between the two.

What I can see happening is that he makes a couple of non wrestling appearances first (with Extreme Rules a big possibility) before a return in a couple of months.
I know I'd mark out royally if when RAW airs on Monday night with the Rock in the ring celebrating his birthday the titantron starts to countdown...

That wovld be fantastic, i totally get why he dropped the countdown but I hope it returns, also interrupting Rock would be a great way to kick off 'Hollywood Jericho'
