Do any of you use fat burners in your cardio and weight training routines? If so, which do you recommend?

Never used them but I know someone who used Shred Matrix and reckoned they work....

Yeah - used em after my knee op - they were pretty good for the first two months and after that I didn't need em.

Sorry - I used shred x from sci mx, 40ish minutes before you workout gives you a good boost.

Used to use ephedrine years ago.
For sure they gave me more motivation but they aren't good in the long run.

A different kind of fat burner...

Burpees with a star Jump and Press up. Blast out 100 of those bad boys and you'll see the fat drop off you... Very Happy Wink
