What went well?
The Panthers finished strong down the stretch again. Charles Johnson and James Hardy gave Carolina a good pass rush duo. Luke Kuechly piled up tackles 5 yards beyond the LOS.

What went badly?
The Panthers finish strong once they're eliminated from contention. Cam Newton has leadership issues when the going isn't good. Carolina overpaid 2 RBs then used neither of them. Interior DL is a wasteland. Beason got hurt.

Prospects for 2013?
Ron Rivera was kept around for a do or die year, which worked out fantastically with John Fox last time. If the Panthers can produce their form from the end of the season all year theyd be contenders in the NFC South. Equally if they start slow they could quit on Rivera

Projected 2013 Draft Pick?
Carolina has to plug the hole in its interior DL they should've plugged in last years draft. Sheldon Richardson is the best player on the board
