OK I admit to being addicted to TV quiz programmes in thelate afternoon after a sometimes strenuous day's work. Usually it's the Chase but today I caught the later parts of Pointless and here (for those not lucky enough to have the time or inclination to also watch) are the clues for five top tennis players (playing and retired ones).

Erakovic or an -ina? Still working on it.

Removing 'Petrovic' from the clue I have ANKDEA (makes no sense).

Removing 'Petrova' from the clue I have ICNKDEA

Remove 'Petrovick' from the clue I have DEANA, but Nadia is spelt differently. I know of no Deana Petrovick in WTA.

A hint please, Falzy?

The shortest name in sport surely...hope her ankle is better from that showing vs Azarenka.

She is 6'3" IIRC and NITB had once commented that she looked like a 'man'. (I know I mentioned NITB here). I did a bit of research then and watched her play a few matches.
