Izaguirre wins player of the year

Emilio Izaguirre won the players player of the year. He's had a great season for Celtic and looks like he's attracting attention from down south. Fair shout or would anyone else get your vote?

If Steven Naismith never got injured i feel he could've won it.

Good shout felt the same with the young player Goodwillie won it but if Kayal or Ness hadn't got injured I would have went for one of them.

Strange things happen. The guys more like a winger though.

My mate from college seems to believe that he was the only person worthy of winning the award. I personally don't think he deserved it.

I would have gone for Naismith but it was probably the fact he didn't play an entire season that he didn't win the award or the lad Eremenko at Killie.

Izaguirre has been consistently OK and brilliant on a number of occasions the guy has had vey few bad games.

Eremenko is quite inconsistent but gets away with it because he's at a minor club (not the old firm).

Naismith missed a chunk of the season if he hadn't and played the way he had when he wasn't injured think he would have won it
