Help with ordering WM

For Mania, I'm going round a mates house with about 6 others. The host went to order it just now and found that he cannot order it, due to cancelling their contract cause of Sky flucking it up. Someone suggested, as an alternative, to take another Sky box to his, which has Mania ordered on it, and connect it up to his TV.

Will this work? Any help will be much, much appreciated guys! Cheers:)

so you will need to host it where the sky box is based

You can use a box from another house if its already bought as its the viewing card that's in the box that matters and not the phone line.
You don't even need a phone line.
Always used to use a mates box for boxing ppv and not connect the phone line. Also used to work for sky so its a fact.

Pretty sure you can use a box in someone else's house

You will need to call Sky to get the card paired up with the box though I think. I work in the Sky contact centres but not on the phones. I just hear snippets!
