The first one was definitely a penalty because Pique turned into it. The second one is difficult but it's probably not a penalty. The question asked is "What is his hand doing up that high?". Bayern are just Stoke with class (I am joking of course, they are superb).

Fair point Olly but his forearm was in a really odd position. Maybe he uses his arms differently from me when I jump, whatever. As I said, I didn't think it was a penalty anyway so I'm not up in arms about it
