Isnt It Depressing?

How thousands and thousands of people are lucky enough to be born in Barcelona, Spain. They are the cream of the crop. A team which wins trophies for fun, a country which wins trophies for fun. They really did strike gold when it came to place of birth in a footballing sense.

And then theres me. God cruelly decided to lumber me with Leicester, England. Yeah thanks a lot!! I support a team which will NEVER reach the Premier League again, and a country which will NEVER win any tournament again. Thanks again...

I will not hear of such a negative attitude from a fellow Englishman. Remember that being English, is to be from the best country in the World, and the best sporting country in the World. I doubt this season can compete with the sheer depression of last season for Forest.

Nigel Pearson really should get sacked at the end of the season, unless of course he does manage to get them promoted.

Has as we all know a huge budget, one of the best if not the best in the league. Spent a lot of money last season, admittedly Sven spent a lot of it, however Pearson has as well. I think it is time for him to go at the end of the season if Leicester don't get promoted IMO.

I really dont thinkg that will help though Nick. It will be a new manager with 20 more signings and then yet another season of "the players have to gel" with us finishing in mid table.

I dont see us ever competing in the Premier League again if I am honest. Hopefully you guys go up. Obviously I hate Forest, and I have a bet on with a Bolton fan at my work on who finishes above who so come on the seagulls!!!

You want depressing?

Try supporting a team that was 3rd in the Championship last year and looking destined for promotion...but has only won 2 games since the start of 2013 and plummeted to 12th.

We did something similar the season before. Middlesbrough have this annoying habit of getting your hopes up, only to cruelly dash them...repeatedly...

I watch Macc Town most weekends, of anyone I deserve sympathy.

I honestly think a lot of teams have it worse than being lumbered with a squad that underachieves by making the playoffs

We aint in the play offs yet. Mind you we have a guaranteed 3 points in our final game of the season

Probably, we've gone off the boil.

To be honest I cant even think about that game just yet. We have Watford on Friday night. If we fail to win, we wont be finishing in the play offs.

I was at the Leicester v Bolton game. Was a very good game.
Leicester played well, couple of good goals.

Been to watch the foxes play a few times over the last 6 years(girlfriend's family are from that way).

Bit like Villa this season at times, not being able to hold onto a lead(eg blues at home).
