This is my sixth mock since the Combine but the first I have published. I have taken notes from various websites on team needs, player rankings, player meetings, draft gossip etc. I have also tried to figure possibly trades into the draft so that should explain why some players maybe higher or lower than expected to go in the actual draft on Thursday.

#2 Jacksonville Jaguars - Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
#3 TRADE Arizona Cardinals - Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
#4 Philadelphia Eagles - Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
#5 TRADE San Diego Chargers - Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
#6 Cleveland Browns - Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
#7 TRADE Oakland Raiders - Matt Barkley, QB, USC
#8 Buffalo Bills - Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
#9 New York Jets - Dion Jordan, OLB, Oregon
#10 Tennessee Titans - Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
#11 TRADE Detroit Lions - Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
#12 TRADE Cincinnati Bengals - Kenny Vaccaro, FS, Texas
#13 TRADE Dallas Cowboys - Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
#14 Carolina Panthers - Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
#15 New Orleans Saints - Barkevious Mingo, DE/ OLB, LSU
#16 St Louis Rams - Alec Ogletree, OLB, Georgia
#17 Pittsburgh Steelers - Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
#18 TRADE New York Jets - EJ Manuel, QB, FSU
#19 TRADE Atlanta Falcons - Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri

This looks mental. Perhaps you can lay it out from picks 1-32 and note all the trades. Would be easier on the eye and brain.

Like the Jets pick very much though.

I was thinking the same...

You may like it but think this is the first time in a long time I've seen Jordan make it past Jacksonville nevermind all the way down to Jets at 9.

I started off as a fan of picking Milliner but over the offseason I've changed my mind, I wouldn't be mad at the pick and no doubt it would help make the Browns defense better but it could potentially spell the end of Haden in Cleveland as he's due an extension soon and think if they were to bring Milliner in it might be for a "we don't need you we've got Milliner to replace you accept the offer or hit FA" sort of move, even if not there would be no way that both Haden and Milliner (if he lives up to expectations and without a serious cap increase) both make it to their second contract with the Browns. I think trading down and getting Cyprien is my favourite possible move for Cleveland in the first.

Hmm, few thoughts.

Its not entirely out of the question somebody bites on Geno Smith early, but at this point I think hes a tad high.

I think if the Jets took EJ Manuel in the mid first the crowd might storm the stage.

Grigson would sprint from Indy if Ansah was on the board at 24.

And yeah, dat layout.

Got a question about the Titans pick, they just signed Levitre would they really spend the 10th pick on a RG? Sure Warmack and Cooper are considered the best guards in the draft but do they have so few needs they can put one of those two at RG? Can they not find somebody else to play RG at other places in the draft?

There are a number of situations where I can see Jordan falling to us. Joeckel, Fisher, Johnson, Smith, Lotulelei, Floyd, Milliner and WR/OG. I think Ansah could still go ahead of him for 4-3 teams as he is the more natural pass rusher. In all honesty, no one knows what's going to happen and there will be a lot of trading up that could push players down.

The titans run games struggles are down to their interior line.

Warmack gets you more production from CJ and hopefully keeps Locker upright

If the Raiders pick Barkley, I riot.

Really can't see that being our pick at all. It has to be a defensive player and most likely on the line. I am wondering whether we may be looking to trade down and take an end over a tackle, but either way that has to be the pick.

With the Jags keen on the LT not taken at no.1, I reckon our pick just got far more tradeable.

I didn't even see Barkley Laugh

Don't think this run on QBs is very likely tbh

Certainly not Barkley as a top 10 pick

I saw that report too but also saw it being compared to the Vikings being linked to Morris Claiborne last year before they took Matt Kalil who they had been linked with all along. I still think the Jaguars draft either Geno Smith or Dion Jordan.

The are a few players that could go higher like Ansah. I worked down through each team, mainly using team needs, and he got left on the board. I can probably see him going somewhere between 10 and 16. Possibly to the Titans?

I definitely think the Raiders will take a QB somewhere in the draft. Whether it is in the 1st round or not I don't know. The trade with the Cardinals looks on though.

Matt Barkley has been heavily linked with the Buffalo Bills at #8 over the past day or so and I nearly had them taking Ryan Nassib at #8 and having four QBs in the 1st round.

I can see the Jets definitely looking at EJ Manuel before the Eagles have their 2nd round pick and the Jets could even move down lower in the 1st round.

Just realized I had the Falcons trading up for Sylvester Williams when I meant Sheldon Richardson.

I did think it was a weird guy to trade up for.
