As a general rule, if you want a world class player (and by world class I mean a player that I consider to be one of the 3 best in the world in his position at the moment), you will be looking at between £20-25 million.

For a top international with over 30 caps, £17-22 million, and an international with less than 30 caps £15-20 million. There may be some exceptions to this in the case of certain players, but this will be the general rule.

There will be an upper limit of £10 million for uncapped academy aged players unless two or more managers want the player and enter into a bidding war in which case there is no upper limit.

Bids for uncapped players who are over academy age limits will be judged on their own individual merits.

He looks handy. Don't expect him to make great shakes for Leinster this year but hoping for some bench time and occasional starts in the Rabo at least

Reckon he might push on a bit more this year, the other two Leinster 9s aren't world beaters at all and he looks like he has a bit about him, plays quicker than the others and a nice passer. Leinster could be in for an interesting season, seems a lot will depend on whether Madigan can step up and fill Sexton's boots.

DHL picked up two players from releases Lee Byrnes & Jano Vermack and signed Robins Tchale-Watchou from foreigns but hasn't done anything since. Add them to your squad Pooly if not already there.

If no one objects might allow you 2/3 more signings? Don't want Sarries left behind because of inactivity and theres 67m in the bank
