A wee fact that might interest you. The British record for being awarded penalties in one season was until very recently Man City with 15 in 1971/72. Celtic were awarded their 17th penalty in Inverness. Not bad for a team that alway's get's cheated.

Celtic and Rangers will naturally get more penalties than the other teams in Scotland they spend more time attacking and have big crowds that can sway refs.

Dont know how many rangers have had but they got 1 in a game when the ref wasnt looking

I'm not sure mate just pointingout to Steve the reason Celtic and Rangers will get more penalties tan most of the other teams in the SPL. Celtic also have a couple of players who are decent at diving.
