William Regal should have held a World Championship during his time in the WWE, the guy is great and he continues to be great on commentary on NXT...I used to hate him as a kid but now I look back that just shows you how good he was.

Regal for my money is easily in the top 3 UK wrestlers I've ever seen, Tatsu isn't even in the top 50 Japanese
