Quigg signs with Matchroom

So the latest Matchroom signing is Scott Quigg. 

Got to be a good move for Quigg but a kick in the arse for Hatton. 
When Frampton signed with Warren I thought there was a decent chance of Frampton-Quigg getting made....

Think I'd like to reconsider my position on that fight!

As you have alluded to probably good for Quigg, less great for us fans who want to see Frampton v Quigg, which I would imagine is all of us.

I think the fight was destined to be post alphabet-world title anyway............

Too much money around these days.

Isn't Hatton venturing into the world of signing fighters with utterly unpronouncable names these days (jokes about him signing Matthew Hatton are most welcome)

Good for both parties

I'm a big Quigg fan inside the ring (difficult to listen to him outside) as he is a good young fighter who comes to fight and its been pretty annoying how he's had to remain inactive as Hatton struggled for a TV deal

Hopefully Hearn can get him back on track and keep some buzz going and he will be borderline world level by the end of 2014

Quigg vs Leo Santa Cruz would be a fun fight and a winnable one for Scott

Quigg can get himself back on track now.

It will be interesting to hear Eddie Hearn talk about a Frampton fight now. Before he said he felt Frampton would win and the "Carl Frampton does not need Scott Quigg, Scott Quigg 'NEEDS' Carl Frampton" haha
