What will you watch/want to watch if there's no regular NFL?
NFL, UFL and/or CFB this autumn
Just thought I'd start a little poll on the viewing options this autumn. Assuming that the following applies, what's your choice/preference?
NFL season off or equivalent to strike season.
CFB carries on as normal (no reason it shouldn't).
One of the UK channels shows UFL coverage.

Is CFB college football?
Also which channel shows UFL coverage? I knew you could stream it off their website and was on TV in America but wasn't aware it was UK TV, or are you suggesting that if one showed it which would we watch?

Derbyblue -
1) Yes CFB is college (thought everyone knew that? Shouldn't make assumptions...)
2) I have to say, read the question - 'assuming the following applies'

1) I guessed that but then I thought maybe he was being crazy and suggesting Canadian football, which seems to have been completely ignored?
2) I was slightly hoping I'd missed someone showing the UFL, I had read the question.
If there's no NFL at all, I'll just be streaming the UFL games/watching their highlights.

I'll watch CFB, I’ve been watching it for a couple of years on and off and it usually pretty good.
Don’t fully understand the ranking system or the conferences, but the games are usually exciting.

It's the only sport in the world with such a huge following that runs for such a short season, so regardless of what is shown (college, arena, anything) I'll watch it.
Only ever really followed NFL and have one eye on college as they approach bowl season then I watch the bowls, but have to say the thought of no NFL is depressing

I do find that CFB can be far more exciting than than the NFL as they seem to take far more risks, as mentioned above I hope that the NFL doesn't stop.

It's NFL or nothing for me. Nothing can even come close to the thrill of the NFL and the feeling I get watching my team.

I loved watching College Football last season, so I'll probably just watch that again if there's no NFL.

Thank god I've got ESPN so I get decent coverage af all US Sport. I usually watch college if there's a game on so I'll have to stick with that. Nothing can replace a proper NFL season though.
Anything? ...even the lingerie league?

Having just watched my first draft and really got into assessing the players so I'll be looking to watch some of the College games this time round regardless. Beyond that I've tried to get into some of the UFL and Arena football before but it just doesn't match up to the NFL, certainly won't bother with it even if there is no 'real' football come September.

I watch more NFL. I do watch college football and it can be very exciting, but I like the higher level of play in the NFL, though there are some things about CFB I like better (overtime) and hate (BCS). I might try watching the UFL.
