following skill sets

1) Granite chin - going nowhere tonight
2) Ko power - heavy handed, 1 punch ko
3) Movement - great footwork, ability to move out the way of on-coming attacks
4) Speed - fast hands quick jabs etc
5) Durability - ability to soak up punishment
6) Ring smarts - knowing where you are in the ring, craft, dark arts
7) Boxing brain - calculating, analysing, reader of a fight, patience
8) Stamina - well conditioned able to work from 1st round to last
9) Accuracy - timing, distance, placement

Most fighters have maybe 2 at best but some have more.
Carl Froch imo has number 1) and 8) where as Mayweather you could quite easily say he has 6 on that list.
What about Khan?
Pacman
Canelo
GGG
Martinez
Bradley
Ward
and any others you may want to mention.

Froch was wobbled by Kessler in the 12th round of their rematch and he's known to switch off from time to time so I don't think those attributes are as nailed on as you seem to think

Tbh, I can't see past Floyd. Though Manny probably scores highly on most counts too.

I may be being dumb here but surely chin and durability are the same thing, have a good chin makes you more durable. So are ring smarts and brain.

ok maybe i didn't quite get the OP

The thing is alot of fighters have a lot of the attributes

Take GGG, he has a granite chin (i know he's still needs to be proven in this department), KO power, good movement (cuts off the ring a well as any in the business), is durable, is smart, has great stamina and doesn't waste a lot as he is very accurate

Bradley pretty much has all but power, floyd all but power and chin, Rigo all but chin, pacquiao all but boxing brain, Ward all but power and chin, Martinez pretty much fills all of them. You don't get to were they are without at least half of those

Floyd has never been down let alone knocked out. He was hit flush by a notoriously big hitter in Mosley and whilst yes he was on shady legs for a split second, he soaked up well. Ward has been down and there have been question marks about his chin, but its never been hit flush by a big puncher. Enter GGG at SMW.....if he carries it up.

Suprised no one has mentioned Juan Manuel Marquez?

Brilliant boxing brain, his timing negates speed, he's extremely durable (yes he's been knocked down various times, but his recovery is outstanding). Foot/Head movement are fantastic and his accuracy & angles thrown are incredible...

Shame about his involvement with Memo Hernandez/Angel Heredia really.

Fair point School Project!!

JMM is my favourite boxer and has been for the past ten years.

Brilliant technical ability (very under rated) with speed, power and angles.

Experience and ring smarts and i love his counter punching style.

His fights with Pacquiao, Barrera and Diaz specifically were outstanding as was his demolition of another under rated fighter in Katsidis.

Is this the Katsidis who was picked for his ability to draw a crowd and be a punchbag as opposed to his actual ability. Once Marquez has got to grips with Kats' early onslaught it was embarrassingly one way traffic. He's a nice guy but let's not make out that JMM was slaying an invincible beast here.

Not saying he was Dave, i was just very impressed with they way he dealt with an under rated fighter in the manner that he did. Katsidis is no push over and if your not at the very top of your game he will either take you out or out work you.

He is far from a "great" but it was a very decent performance from JMM, as always.

1) Granite chin - Froch. He was nailed repeatedly by Kessler and wobbled once?
2) Ko power - Mathysse and Golovkin (just waiting for Alex or Az or whichever gang it is who'se waiting for one of these guys to lose and yell "I TOLDYA SO!" to jump on this thread) both appear to have the sort of power that hurts no matter where they land, and ends things if they land clean.
3) Movement - Pacquiao's is pretty great in an aggressive, unorthodox way. Martinez a couple of years ago but I think he's lost a step now. I'd say Ward has it all.
4) Speed - Khan.
5) Durability - Froch
6) Ring smarts - Mayweather.
7) Boxing brain - Mayweather.
8) Stamina - Pacquiao of a year or two ago would be my pick, but we don't know now. I'm saying Manny based on benefit of the doubt.
9) Accuracy - Ward and Mayweather at the top but Kovalev looks pretty good for this too

3) Movement - Ward
4) Speed - Khan (see Wlad comment)
5) Durability - Froch
6) Ring smarts - Mayweather
7) Boxing brain Mayweather
8) Stamina -  Geale had an amazing engine, have to say
9) Accuracy - Mayweather

Interesting to see people saying that Pacquiao has good movement. Is it his movement that is good, or his speed? It seems to me that Marquez gave him such problems because, apart from his timing, he has great footwork that counteracts Manny's physical advantages.

Boxing brain and ring smarts are totally different.

Alexis Arguello had a boxing brain. Very technical fighter. Studied his opponants and then dismantled them Arguello v Mancini an example, but he never had ring smarts which are not in the text book. Thats why he failed twice against Pryor.

Fighters like Pep, Hopkins, and Walcott had ring smarts real crafty fighters who know the dark arts. They could beat you without looking like they are trying too hard

2 seperate things.

I think people are refering to Manny's in and out movement which was very effective against Marquez in their last fight.
