Halsey was a joke referee, people just sympathised with him because of his illness alot of the time. Thought he was f*****g horrific referee and always favoured the big sides. As a NUFC fan, he was also the **** that didnt even book or give the callum mcmanaman challenge on haidara as a foul, absolute ****. that was basically a 6 point swing in wigan's favour that day & he even missed the kone handball for the winner. could of cost us a bomb and relegation. never forget.

glad he retired, probably in a new consultancy job getting paid loads, doing precisely nothing. phoning up fergie is no surprise, fergie had every ref in england on speed dial for 25 years.
