Mike Perez vs Magomed Abdusalamov

Just noticed these 2 are fighting on the 2nd of Nov as MSG on the Golovkin vs. Stevens card, could be a rare cracker in today's dull heavyweight division pitting 2 undefeated and talented fighters who both need to get a move on in their careers if they are to be real contenders for the title. I am not sure what way it will go both were top amateurs no doubt Perez is a talented bloke who needs to fight more often, but Abdusalamov is a big puncher a has the tools to beat anyone. Fancy either Abdusalamov early if not Perez wears him down for a late stoppage.

Good fight, two HWs at a similar stage in their careers. Abdusalamov has a slight height advantage - but they have really fought very similar (overmatched) opposition.

The versipellous Cuban by way of Dublin has a good array of shots, but has not been tested at all and questions do remain regarding his power at the top level.

Equally pertinent are the questions regarding Abdusalamov's chin.

Bout still is awaiting commission approval, however, if it is available, I will tune in on satellite for this!
