Transfermarkting
Each week you can nominate a player from your club, if you if you choose to, who will be subject to a transfer offer.
The nominated player will be one of the four lawyers offers that week at Minus 25% TM value.
If sold the nominated player will NOT count towards the "must be accepted" lawyer offer for that week.
If there are no nominations from a manager/club then they will only get 3 laywers offers.

I think it was Trebs who made a good suggestion.
Injuries should be drawn after the squad cut off, so that you can't just sell them and replace them, you have to use your squad
