A great little scifi action drama I found online a few weeks ago, already finished season 1 of 2.

Continuum is a Canadian science fiction series created by Simon Barry and produced by Reunion Pictures Inc., Boy Meets Girl Film Company, and GK-TV.
The series centers on the conflict between a group of rebels from the year 2077 who time-travel to Vancouver, BC, in 2012, and a police officer who accidentally accompanies them. In spite of being many years early, the rebel group decides to continue its violent campaign to stop corporations of the future from replacing governments, while the police officer endeavours to stop them without revealing to anyone that she and the rebels are from the future.

Each episode tends to focus on a crime that the main character (a cop from 2077 who was accidentally sent back in time during a terrorist cell's escape from prison) who joins the Vancouver police force (under the guise of a 'special agent') uses her 'tech' and knowledge of the future to solve. Each episode ties in with the cells attempts to alter the future by changing the course of history.
The technology used in the future is the basis of their civilisation and the man who invented the tech is now in his late 80's when the cop is sent back in time she encounters the inventor’s 18 year old self who helps her in quest to get back 2077 and stop the terrorist cell.
I would highly recommend this show to anyone that loves their sci-fi or cop dramas, the action flicks between 2077 and 2012 and has so many twists and turns, great characters and action. It has you changing your opinion on people and events nearly every time you watch as good becomes evil, evil becomes good what you thought was right or wrong swaps and changes constantly.

Rachel Nichols is very decent, the future outfits she wears are also very decent!
Season 3 starts in March in Canada not sure about the UK though
