Writers Wanted

I ask every few months if anybody wants to write for www.v2journal.com and I'm asking again. We had a number of new writers from outside of the forum who have since gone quiet, and at present there's a small number of us doing a lot of the work while Owen and myself are also putting a number of hours in to the new magazine we launche last month.
 
It would be a great help if anybody who wants to write for the site lets me know so I can get you up and running

you do realize a article is more than a few sentences followed by gaps and loads of ...........   

i could probably write up few bits and bobs on football, although at the moment they will probably just be raged filled hate at moyes

I wrote an NFL article a couple of weeks back but didn't put it up because I thought it was too long and rambly (I just made up a word). I might just put it up now since you're struggling for content.

I actually have to write blogs/content as part of my job with work so I wouldn't mind chipping in by producing 1/2 articles a month. Can cover mostly wrestling and the odd football article if that's of any interest to anybody?

Oh apologies. I just noticed this thread as a sticky, so just thought that it was any sport that 606v2 covers. Didn't see that this was inside the boxing thread.

Its okay mate - we are looking for some new wrestling content for the journal.

Things are beginning to pick up on there and hopefully in the next few weeks, we should have some major news about the wrestling side of things.

I used to write lots on horse racing, mainly tipping in big races

only just joined up here but was well active on racing and tennis on the old BBC boards

Ok I was planning to have a biography done anyway, cheers, Ill PM you the details.

I can imagine it now:

Starlight has been.... a valuable contributor to 606v2. The reason he chose me to write his biography is because..... I randomly put many dots in various places throughout a...... sentence.
Also USA rocks..

Anyway enough about me, I've always enjoyed Starlights incisive analysis about.... football..

I too wanted to write. I mostly write about cricket and its happenings.

Just an idea....

Would it not beneficial to give the first magazine away for free, then if it's any good people might subscribe? More money long term for a one off financial hit?

The first magazine is free and has been since the start.
