They thought Clancy wimped out if penalising Quins in the last scrum. Hope the authorities do two things. Fine Stade for inappropriate behaviour towards the ref and ask Clancy to explain himself.

I'm not saying Clancy is a bad referee, I just think he's not as good as Alan Lewis. No way should he be going to the RWC ahead of Lewis!
