Here, here. Good luck JAS. Hope you manage to beat the 89 year old chap I heard on the radio this morning who's running his 17th!

Good luck cap'n JAS hope it all goes well. Dig in, get through, wear some tinfoil, have a Mars (do they still do that?) and curl up in front of the golf.

But most of all, enjoy (if that's even possible!)

I survived!!! Just missed the 4 hour mark, folded badly in the last 5. Clock said 4:08 but take away the 4 minutes to cross the start line and my official time should be about 4:04 and a bit.
Warmer than expected and I think I pushed too hard between 3 & 15 miles.

Update...Official time 4:04:03

Congratulations JAS. Good time too. You ran past me at Surrey Quays (spectating). We were there supporting my Step-son and we didn't see him once!! Helped celebrate afterwards though. He managed just over 4:30 - which I though was pretty good for a first time runner.
