World Cup Prediction Game - Ideas?

Hi everyone,

Im looking to set up a World Cup prediction game for my family and friends.
I thought of doing 4 teams in each bracket, pick one team from each one.
Picking up points for win, draws etc... But thought too many would pick the same teams?

Anyone have any ideas? Would be much appreciated!

Can't go wrong with a Super 6 type style really.

2 points for a correct result and 5 for a correct score. I'm running one of these at work. 5 quid entry and hopefully 20 entrants.

Winner gets (from a 100 quid pot) 50 quid, runner up gets 25, third gets 15 and fourth a tenner.

Simple and easy to run   

Another idea is pick the winners and second place from each group. Then once that is complete pick round of 16 and so and on.

Also add highest goal scorer as a bonus and winner at the start.
