Released/Championship/National League/Academy Bidding

First topic message reminder :

This page is for bidding for previously released, Championship, National League and academy players who are not currently in the game. In relation to previously released players this can be any player who has been at a team in the game in any of the previous five seasons. In the event that I cannot remember that player being in the game and being released you will need to hunt for some evidence of this for me. The maximum that I will charge for any player in these categories is £5 million, however if a bidding war ensues you may end up paying more.

I will leave all bids a minimum of 24 hours before answering them.

Quick scan of my budget sheets doesn't show him up and he's not listed on Props old Worcester page. I can remember myself, Matt & CJB bidding on him in the last year or so in foreigns. Will be treated as a foreign unless you can show me proof of him in league Sorry

SJE it may be that we all bid on him and then dropped out. I was sure prop had him but to be fair I can't even remember how many EQ I need to play so would not take my word on it

Yeah Driver used them all up mate. You won't get fresh bids until the summer. In the interests of fairness you can release one of Drivers buys and have one bid if you fancy.

Driver brought Robbie Freuen, Huia Edmonds, Andy Goode, Imanol Harinordiquay (sp) and Brad Thorn.

Not that it will mean much now, but for next season SJE, could we have five bids for relased players and the five/seven for academy aged players in England (or maybe the uk)?

If you want to bid you will have to release Edmonds mate. If you lose out you will still be able to sign someone else through the releases page.
