6m is a fair amount for a guy who's now sub for you, you've still got back up in Kehl, is more than the lawyer fee and will help you improve elsewhere.

Pardo is worth big boy bucks, £9m of them to be precise. So I'd need Ward-Prowse and something else to make a deal.

How about:

Pardo = Ward-Prowse + Origi, or something like that.

I'm more keen on Clasie than Pirlo tbh. I'm just not prepared to lose an £11m valued player (Can) to land Pirlo or any other single player at that.

The squad needs so much work that I'd rather keep my fingers crossed for a lawyer and use that money to buy 2 or 3 players at this stage.
