Good player, more structured than Catterick. Strong kicking game, solid type FH.

If we've signed him I think he'd be an excellent addition. Not somebody who's going to demand to be first choice but a strong option and a good foil for Catterick.

Ah well If that's the case then yes a decent signing. I don't know much about him.

We do need a solid experienced guy to back up Catterick. And as you have rightly pointed out Clegg and Godman are not the ones.

Not sure Driver, he must have been on Deans radar being in the local area...which means Dean must have his sights elsewhere.

Mike Delany as rumoured, decent option. Not sure about 3 years for somebody approaching 33

Must admit that I have never heard of Delany, anybody know what sort of player he is e.g. strengths/ weaknesses? Three years is a long contract for a 32 year old, hope he isn't going to hurt Catterick's development at 10.

He's an AB although with 1 cap. Decent all rounder Cumbrian from what I recall of Super rugby x

Hey guys, we've signed Matt Shields from Darlington to cover for Colliers injury. As he's ex Falcons can you tell me anything about him? Our pack is getting munched on a weekly basis at the moment, do you think he'll be able to help stop that and is he any good in the loose?

If he was of a good standard we'd have been in from him, maybe Quins see something?

To be fair he may have been hardened up by his time in the lower leagues.  We are seeing this sort of thing more and more often, especially amongst the forwards.

Fair enough guys, I'm not that convinced myself but in CoS we trust.

Ulster have signed Peter Browne from London Welsh, and as an old boy of both Newcastle and Quins have you any recollections of him?

JUst seen that it is.

Well on the 7's field he displays all the skills including excellent tackling....but we all know that can mean utterly jot in the 15's game.

Its certainly worth a shot.

Sinoti, Watson, Tuilagi, Smith, and hopefully Kibirige back fit and firing....is not bad options on the wing.

I think they're phasing Smith out and Tuilagi can't have much gas left in the tank/

What happened to young Brown the winger who came across rom Sunderland. Barely heard a thing about him this season.
He was making rave reviews when he first came over...

Sonatane Takulua, a Tongan scrum half from the ITM. Can't say I know anything about him but he looks like an exciting running scrum half that will fit our style.

He signs straight away, looking strong at SH for next season with Young, Tipuna and Takula.

So Bair must be retiring.

What about young Andy Davies

He hasn't looked too great when I've caught him GF, certainly not ready to start in the AP anyway.

I think in Young and Tupunia we have two good AP scrum halfs , book is still out on new guy.

He could be a very interesting signing. Good pass, willing to run the ball, big boot...gets stuck in physically.
We'll see how that translates to the Prem.
