Date and Time Empty Date and Time

Why is the date and time displayed by this web site wrong? Currently it says its Thursday 5th Feb 7.44 when its Weds 4th Feb etc.

I think there's a sticky about this somewhere. You need to change some settings - I think the default setting is Papua New Guinea!
