CC (Centre Court) tennis board seems to have been disabled. I know some on this board used to use this. Anyone got any news of what has happened/is happening to this forum?

Still don as of now. The only forums I've ever used is this one and the old 606. Could be anything to the site being shut down for legal reasons, to the server that hosts it bugging out.

Yeah the twitter hasnt been updated for nearly a year. An email to the owner might be your only bet on this.

TW is good, but can be fractious. MTL was hacked one too many times. TennisTalk had some posters from MTL.

MTL closed down due to virus, then a new site for former MTL users was put up but no one used it.

Niecie was on TennisTalk with Clare, LU, Fonteyn22 and a few others. Amazon is probably on Murray forum. There a few like SirBenson, Bourne who used to post on MTL, but I do not know where they are. The diaspora of old 606 have spread all over.

It's mainly a tennis forum, but there is a 'Other Sports' section which is rarely used.

Ta for all the info on this. Have got on to Talk Tennis at Tennis Warehouse. Is that the one referred to above? Have also registered on Talk about Tennis. They look a bit US-orientated for me, but will persevere.
Don't suppose anyone has any more news about JUST WHY the CC Tennis forum packed up and if it will come back?

TT is a good forum with some technical sections around actual playing and equipment you might find interesting if you are a player yourself. It's big, so there's a bit of everything there. US, europeans, several UK members too. For sure there's less forum patrol (so good for me.....) althought that can be a also little misleading as moderation is active and vigilant there too.

Well almost as quickly as it went away the CC forum has miraculously reappeared. Just getting on to it now and have not scanned it to see what all the kerfuffle was all about, or whether it was a problem my end.
I shall continue to post on here but it's nice to have it back. There are some excellent prediction games so I would encourage anyone who likes that sort of thing to give it a whirl.
