There is everything wrong when you're asking for every single stage. I don't cheat, I don't need to because I find a way out. The only have I use cheats is when I'm playing GTA (Not during missions)

I know this may sound random but if you have been in a minor car accident, how long do you have to report it to insurance and stuff? Somebody ran into the back of me last week and has insisted several times that he wants to pay cash and avoid insurance but he keep stalling with the money. Just looking for advice really.

You need to report the incident to your insurer right now. He sounds like he may not have insurance or if he does, to save his premium going up. But you have a legal requirement to report the incident to your insurer, it's one of the requirements of having insurance. They will automatically look to place a claim with the other party's insurer so if you don't want that to happen, just tell them the call is for information only.

If you don't report it within (roughly) two weeks, your insurance company could not only cancel your insurance, but could put on your notes that others should not insure you either. I'd call asap if I were you (it'll be fine btw).

The other guy is the worry though. Do you have contact details and the like? Was he insured?

Thanks for the advice Azzy really appreciate it! First 'accident' I've had whilst driving so this is all new to me.

I have all his contact information apart from insurance. Every time I mention going through insurance, he keeps defusing the situation by insisting that he wants to pay cash so my guess is that is really doesn't have any insurance. If he's willing to pay cash for the damage then I'm prepared to leave insurance out of it really. He's expecting to give me the money tomorrow but if he doesn't then it will become an a insurance matter and I will inform them tomorrow.

Or you could do what viva does and ask him for a night with his wife/gf/gay lover in return as a sort of down payment for all the pain and misery he has caused you.
