Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State

He has it all, but wasn't utilised to his full effectiveness in college. Obviously he has the deep speed to eat up cushions and blow the top off the defense and has excellent hands to track the ball over his shoulder. He can also win in contested situations too and doesn't mind contact at the point of the catch. He needs to develop a more complete route tree but the routes that he did run were done with sharp breaks and good set ups. I'm very high in Smith and think he is in a clear tier on his own after the top guys. Definite first round talent for me.
