Callum Smith v Rocky Fielding September 26th for British Title

They both fight later this month on the same bill but assuming they get through that they will meet on the 26th of September for the vacant British Super Middleweight strap.

I personally am looking forward to this but think Callum wins with some ease

Good fight for the British title and probably represents their levels far better than a WBx InterPlanetary Bronze bauble.

Well both sides have come to terms apparently Hearn just has to decide on a venue, i bet this in on the undercard of a ppv card

I've long thought that when Callum was ready, Rocky would be fed to him. Stoppage win for Callum.

I don't buy this notion that Kell Brook is a 'pay per view fighter' (a term I detest, by the way). I wouldn't pay to watch him box.

I have wanted this fight made for a while so I hope it happens. Matchrooms upcoming Liverpool card is a bag of sh1t so hopefully they will revisit Liverpool later in the year and have this fight on it supporting a Bellew world title fight and maybe featuring Price of a some of the other Smith brothers in some decent fights.

Well judging by the state of him in his last fight I wouldn't write off Fielding getting beat by Vera

What irks me about Callum is that he's has not been in with one puncher. Is there something they are trying to mask?

Obviously on current form Callum is favourite but Rocky would be a very live underdog.

The same is true of Fielding though Soldier, there aren't that many punchers below world level nor does a prospect usually get thrown in with a puncher until they are established.

They both have good tests on the 26th and whoever looks more impressive in victory will go into the fight as a slight favourite, certainly don't think it will be a one sided fight.

Just been the presser. Joe Gallagher has got some ego on him. When they where posing for photos at the end he had his fist raised and clinched like it was him fighting Rocky poked fun at him and was doing the same.

Can't say i'm suprised always thought joe had an ego

I never realised how much bigger Smith was compared to Fielding!
