So in summary:
Tigers say that saying nothing before now means nothing and that they are now going to say nothing. Erm

Bath confirm that they did not exceed the salary cap to a completely different year to that under investigation. Headscratch

It's good to be informed.
I am sure we are all feel much better informed.
