Vidal's TM value is £27.75m, lawyer value is £37m.

£35m or no deal as frankly it's only worth doing if I can sign Rakitic to replace Vidal (who is £37.5m)

It's a toughie for me, I'm out of TPs, and with respect, the replacements I'd be getting would be a pretty steep downgrade bar maybe Chiellini who I'm not that high on personally.

I'd probably need a Di Maria type in the deal to consider it, and I'm going to guess that for any deal to be worth doing for me, would be higher than would be worth it for you.
