Roger Millward RIP
Great Britain and England International, record points scorer at Hull KR Roger Millward MBE has passed away aged 68. A true great of the game, player and coach, Rest in Peace.
Best wishes and thoughts to his family through this difficult time.
Appropriate gesture from Hull KR to retire the No. 6 jersey in his honour.

Re: Roger Millward RIP
I'm to young (just), to have seen him play and I started going at the end of his coaching career. But I have meet him a few times and he is a true gentleman. As well as being a great (the 1980 challange cup final when he played 70 minutes with a broken jaw, shows how brave and committed a player he was).
A great in a time of great players.
Also wish all the best to his family, the game against Widnes a week on Sunday will be emotional.
And as you say, huge respect to Rovers in retiring the 6 shirt, a very appropriate gesture.
