Chris Lappin and Peter Prickett are joined by Mark Tinkler.

Mark is former Leeds and England under 18 midfielder, and is currently a academy coach at Middlesbrough

Mark discusses his amazing 1993, in which he was part of the England team that won the Under 18’s Euro Championship and won the FA Youth Cup against Leeds biggest rivals Man Utd.

He then goes on to discuss his current role in the Middlesbrough academy, describe the development philosophy of the Academy and whether the recent the England DNA document has influenced the way Boro work with young players
