How can Glenn have 10-10 when a KD OCCURED?! Have to say Tyrone did the much cleaner work. Wouldn't complain at 115-113 but should be a little more

On a side note, where is Ogogo.

Yeh I agree. Had the same feeling with Stalker.

He seems to fight out of range and never really finds it? Very awkward to be fair.

I question how committed Campbell is. Talented kid but four years since olympics and 14 fights? Delaying turning pro to do Dancing on Ice suggests he is going through the motions a bit.

Yeh seems to spend too much time and effort moving round the ring feinting shots and throwing jabs and left straights out of range.

Better 4th though so have him 2 down and doing well now on the 5th. Work to do but could turn it round.

Yeh not too sure what he is doing now. Campbell is winning seemingly on work rate now. Landed a few good shots there but nothing to deter Mendez...who seems a very good boxer on all accounts but is either fighting the wrong fight or just waiting to land a counter.

I have its evens now through 6

Agreed, Campbell out-working him for my money. Mendez's technique similar to Rigo.

Campbell is winning which is the important thing..

But he is looking ordinary against a guy who isn't interested..

A touch harsh for me, Campbell has been on the floor and Mendez has a tricky style difficult to look good against. Good learning fight for Luke.

This guy is like the Chilemba or King Pin of the division it seems. Super negative in a winnable fight, don't understand it.

Maybe Luke will look a load better against a guy that fights...but hey this is boxing....ask Floyd.

Such a poor fight. Euro level at best. May pick up a fake strap created by the WBA and brought by Hearn.

Won't beat any top fighter on what I've seen so far

A fair point and I think that may have affected his performance, that loss to my mind was not a complete disaster, another tonight have been. Like others I cannot however understand how Mendez thought he was going to win with those tactics.

I have always thought Campbell is a quality operator, admittedly that fight did nothing to demonstrate that.

On to the heavyweights, are either of these real fighters or just twitter experts? Ian John Lewis is referee anything could happen!

Certainly not great, Whyte winning with some variety in his shots, clearly not concerned with what little is coming back evidenced by his dicking around with his stance.

Such a poor fight this!! Allen looks utter pants and Whyte is literally doing as he pleases punching what seems a punching bag for 10 rounds.

Allen all mouth and absolutely no action. Needs to actually fight for the next 5 rounds now!!

Allen's claim to have boxed AJ's ears off in sparring seem....fanciful. Tough and stong mind.

Whyte's use of the high chair could catch on, perhaps a hairdresser could pop in between rounds for a quick trim, style marks added to scores. Could liven this up at least. I am bored.

Peeed off stayed up and watched the whole thing as was hoping to see our gym's Daryll Sharpe fight, only to find out he was on last and it wasn't being televised. Bar stewards.

Thought Coyle looked knackered and Nurse looked like he couldn't really be bothered (dunno why but he gives me that impression).
Luke Campbell did a job but would echo Rowley's sentiments that i'm not sure his heads really in it.
Had high hopes for Allen/Whyte (why do i do it to myself) and remember absolutely none of it.
didn't really concentrate on the Warrington fight as was yapping to the missus and trying to find out about Razor.

Seems like a good kid but think it's a lot of hype at the moment, who knows though as i'm a miserable sod these days :-)
