I started a thread last year where I thought it was pathetic that, just a few weeks short of the actual bout, the opposition for Joshua for a Heavyweight title fight could not be announced. Whelp, must be a successful marketing ploy as Deontay Wilder is doing the same. Four weeks off from his next defence of his world title, that stalwart of boxing TBA is again in the frame.

His B side opponent who Povetkin finished inside 3 rounds failed a drugs test for a steroid.........

I thought that affected the fight between Povetkin and Stiverne. They are saying he could be fighting Gerald Washington. Not a name I know to be honest

I am Truss, even as a Bellew fan can't justify Haye/Bellew being free on Sky sports (over some genuine competitions) never mind PPV. Won't be watching it, won't be paying for it unless there's a major major undercard which won't happen either.

Tickets for Troops have gone quiet on boxing tickets now so don't get much at all. (I am going to Farrell Promotions Friday Night fights at Bowlers in Feb (20 quid a ticket, can't argue with it)
