Realistically, I am not going to be able to replace him with better in his position.

It would need to be something that allows me to replace him without too much of a drop in quality and improve elsewhere in my first team.

Looking at your squad, I can't see anything that would tempt me sorry, so we'd be talking big cash.

I can't really see a replacement within budget atm, and I think his price will rise if he continues to get games at Chelsea
