Annoying pop-up Empty Annoying pop-up

Anyone else getting an annoying pop-up on this site ( I only get it when using my iPad) telling them they’ve won something? The only way to get rid of it is to click Close then it opens and I have to get rid of the whole thing and start again furious Advice on how to block pop-ups on an iPad would be gratefully received.

If you are using Safari, have you tried Settings>Safari>Block pop ups?
